Welcome to Villa Iremia, a simple yet comfortable and fully equipped private retreat on the east coast of Antipaxos. Set above vineyards and the tiny port of Agrapidia, the villa offers panoramic views over pine-filled valleys, the Ionian Sea, Paxos’ west coast, and even the Greek mainland in the distance.

Location & Access

  • Just a 15-minute speedboat ride from Gaios (Paxos) — transfer is included in the rental price and personally arranged by the owner, Yannis.
  • Followed by a 4×4 Suzuki Jimny jeep ride to the villa (included in the rental).
  • Yannis welcomes all guests personally and introduces them to his Antipaxos home.

Beaches & Activities

  • A stepped pathway leads to a shingle beach in 10 minutes on foot.
  • The famous sandy beaches of Voutoumi and Vrika are a 25-minute walk or 5-minute jeep ride away.
  • Two traditional tavernas are located above each beach, offering local cuisine and stunning views.
  • The island features a network of footpaths, some widened for jeep access, perfect for exploring Antipaxos on foot or by 4×4.

Comfort & Amenities

  • Private swimming pool (8 x 4 meters) with open views (parents note: drop from pool edge – see photos).
  • Absolute privacy with all essential comforts.
  • Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, indoor and outdoor dining areas.
  • Midweek cleaning and linen change included.

Shopping & Supplies

  • No shops on Antipaxos, but time is allowed for grocery shopping upon arrival in Gaios.
  • Alternatively, pre-ordered groceries can be arranged and delivered to the villa (cost payable locally).
  • Boat hire available, pre-booked through us, with mooring at the port of Agrapidia — ideal for shopping trips to Paxos or simply exploring by sea. Yannis can assist with arrangements.
